You choose how orders get to the guest:
Use the Uber driver network. We've integrated Uber's couriers directly, so a driver is dispatched automatically and the guest gets live tracking on the TV and a WhatsApp link. No drivers to manage.
Use your own delivery partner. Already have a driver or a delivery service you trust? Keep them. Room Service works with your existing setup.
Your money, your account, no waiting
All payments run through PayFast, and here's the part that matters: the money goes directly into your own PayFast account. Not into ours, waiting for a payout cycle. Yours.
That means you see your revenue as it happens, you reconcile it in your own account, and you keep full control of your own delivery process from the moment an order comes in to the moment it reaches the guest's door.
