Book experiences for your guests
Your dashboard now has a dedicated Concierge area where you can browse and book experiences for your guests directly. Wine tastings, game drives, sunset cruises, restaurant reservations: if it's in VISTO's network of local Places, you can book it on your guest's behalf without leaving your dashboard.
Straight onto the big screen
Once a booking is confirmed, you can add it to your guest's itinerary on the in-room TV with a single click. Your guests switch on the television and see their stay laid out for them: tomorrow's boat trip, Friday's dinner reservation, all in one place. No printouts, no WhatsApp back-and-forth, no confusion about times.

You can recommend with confidence, knowing exactly what's in it for your guest and for you. Every booking you convert turns your local knowledge into income.
Introducing your VISTO passphrase
Not every booking happens through a dashboard. Sometimes you're on the phone with a restaurant, arranging something special the old-fashioned way. That's why every host now gets a VISTO passphrase.
Give your passphrase when you make a booking over the phone. When the Place creates the lead on their side, it appears automatically in your Concierge dashboard, linked to you. Phone bookings get tracked, credited, and counted toward your earnings, just like the ones you make online.
